Do I really need to be 21 to attend?

YES!


What's included with my conference ticket?

Your event ticket includes: 

  • Coffee and pastries during registration from 8:45AM to 9:45AM 

  • Entry to the Conference on October 17th from 9:45AM to 5PM 

  • Access to all of the Panels, Talks, Chef Demos and Chef Art Show on a first come first served basis

  • Chef Driven Pop Up Lunch with complimentary bites based on availability

  • Entrance to the Official LA Chef Con Afterparty (5pm to 8:30pm) including complimentary food adult beverages 

  • Yes, this a killer deal.


What is Whova?

  • Whova is our conference event app that can be downloaded to your mobile device through the app store. CLICK HERE for download instructions. With the app, you will be able to navigate the agenda, network with other attendees via messaging or the community boards, view important event logistics such as parking and wifi code, and receive communication from organizers and attendees.


I don’t see the conference on my Whova app.

  • The conference is visible to attendees on September 1, 2022.


How can I find/join/access the Event?

  • When you login to the Whova app with your name and the email that you used to register, the event you registered for will be at the top of the home screen under “My Events.”

Where do I park? 

Limited $15 Valet parking at Jonathan Club. Alternate parking located at 350 S. Figueroa at the World Trade Center which is 2 short blocks away and will not require valet. $12 for all day/night parking if you enter before 9:30 AM.

How do I apply to participate or become sponsor next year?

Are there refunds if I buy a pass and then can’t make it?

LA Chef Con will not be providing any refunds but we will do our best to accommodate transfers, just email us at info@restaurant-solutions.com


Do I need to attend all day? Do I need to be at Registration in the morning?

No, but we encourage you to do so.  However, if you purchase a ticket you are welcome to come anytime between 9AM and 5PM to pick up your Conference badge at Registration and start attending the Conference.

Can I come and go from the Conference as I please?

Yes, you can leave and come back later. Your event badge that you pick up at Registration lets you come and go from the Conference.  We ask you please be respectful of panelists, participants, and demonstrators during the Conference and please do not leave one session before the end of that session to go to another session.


Are there no assigned seats?  Can I register for a particular Panel or Cooking Demo that I really want to check out?

No. Seats are all on a first come, first served basis so if you really want to see a specific session we advise that you arrive early to that session.
