  • LA Chef Con is an event for the chef and restaurant industry community. Come hungry for information, inspiration, delicious food and drinks. Oh, and to see industry friends and to meet new ones!

  • Due to Limited capacity and high demand, we’re doing a ticket lottery. Please drop your info in the form on our homepage, and starting August 18 (maybe earlier), we’ll start sending out invites to purchase tickets.  As this is an event for the hospitality industry, the Lottery system will be  prioritizing working hospitality professionals such as Chefs, Cooks, Managers, Mixologists, Owners, Directors, Pastry Chefs and others working in restaurants.  Food enthusiasts and vendors who supply goods and services to restaurants are welcome to participate. However, priority will be given to those actively working in restaurants, hotels, and culinary operations due to limited space.  Those invited to purchase tickets will receive notification before or by August 18th with instructions and a link to purchase tickets. Those not initially invited to purchase tickets will be placed on a waitlist and notified if additional tickets become available.

  • Yes. Please bring ID to Registration.

  • 9am for Registration, Coffee from Caffe Luxxe, Bagels from Jyan Isaac and Bites from Rashida Holmes.

  • Enter Vibiana at 214 South Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

  • Included in the ticket price is first come first served access to all the panel discussions and programming, all food and drinks, including coffee, bagels, and snacks, during our registration hour from 9am to 10am, our LA Chef Con Lunch from 12:30pm to 2:30pm our Cocktail Party from 5pm to 7pm and Official Afterparty at Grand Central Market from 7pm to 10pm Hosted by Chef’s Warehouse.


    Parking is not included.

  • Yes, LA Chef Con is a one-day event: Monday, October 6th.


    Schedule:

    • 9am to 10am – Registration, Coffee, Bagels, Snacks, Networking

    • 10am to 11am – Concurrent panel discussions across 3 session rooms

    • 11am to 11:30am – Networking Break

    • 11:30am to 12:30pm - Concurrent panel discussions across 3 session rooms

    • 2:30pm to 3:30pm - Concurrent panel discussions across 3 session rooms

    • 3:30pm to 4pm – Networking Break

    • 4pm to 5pm – Concurrent panel discussions across 3 session rooms

    • 7pm to 10pm – Afterparty. See HERE for details.

  • Parking is self park in neighboring lots. We recommend the lots at: 233 S. Main Street, 213 S. Spring Street and 220 S. Spring Street 

  • There are no refunds but transfers are accepted prior to October 2nd. Please email bmrs@restaurant-solutions.com. Due to our production schedule, we are not able to honor any refund requests or transfers after October 2nd.

  • No, we will have badges with your name and company information ready upon registration at the event. Please bring your ID.

  • You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket online where you may reference any necessary information.

  • No, all tickets must be purchased online. No tickets will be sold at the event.

  • There are no shuttles for the event. The Downtown LA Proper Hotel is approximately 1.2 miles from Vibiana / Redbird.
